Let us break kola over these kegs of palm wine
Let the dancers prod the Arena with their magical feet
Let the royal minstrels sing
Let them carry their echoes in the pitchers of dawn
Today is a good day to sit by the orange tree
And exchange banters in the breeze
No haunting, no fishing today
The forest forbids the hoe
On a day when a king is reborn
To my long time friend and brother
A partner on the grand quest of immortality
