You take my kindness for granted
Snubbed my every call
Ignore my every care
Nag on and on
Rail at my simple patience
Is this not pride you call self-esteem
Is it not arrogance you call fortitude
You don't care how many hearts you break
How many tears you caused
How many friends you hurt
Because you are not a coward?
If this is what you call virtue
I'd wished you had none....
