Welcome to the Python hood. For those of you who think I will jump into the Python cage just to selfie, I'm sorry to disappoint you. I'm not ready to die yet. But just see how close I was taking these pictures now...
Right beside the crocodile's pond is the pythons hood. Python, I always know, is the longest snake on earth. You must have seen snakes swallowing cows, sheep, gazelles, man, etc on youtube and NatG.O wild. That's either a python, boa or anaconda. I cannot say the precise length of the two python I saw but put three belts of an adult trouser together and stretch them at both length in a single line, which will make 8 to 12 metres... That's likely the length of the giant snake I saw today. Python is non venomous snake, I.e. it has no poison like the black mamba or the rattle snake but it is equally deadly. It can attack a full grown man and strangulate him to death before swallowing him. The zoologist said a normal python can go 10 days conveniently without food. I hope the scary site of this serpent won't haunt me in my dreams.
